These terms of service outline the website terms and conditions and user agreement governing your use of this website, including your rights, responsibilities, and limitations.

Stress-Free Websites is a structured, done-for-you website design service provided by Trulove Webworks. By purchasing or engaging in this service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
This service is designed to provide a clear process, defined timelines, and a completed website within a scheduled build window. Participation and timely communication from the client are required.
2. Scope of Services
Services may include (depending on selected package):
Website strategy and planning
Content development and SEO structuring
Custom WordPress website design and build
Revisions within defined limits
Website launch and basic optimization
Any services not explicitly listed in your selected package or agreement are not included.
3. Client Responsibilities
To maintain the integrity of the timeline and process, the client agrees to:
Complete all onboarding requests within the specified timeframe
Provide accurate and complete business information
Submit feedback and approvals within designated review windows
Assign one primary decision-maker for approvals
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or rescheduling.
4. Timeline & Scheduling
Stress-Free Websites operates on a structured timeline:
Discovery & onboarding phase
Content & design approval phase
Scheduled build window
Launch phase
If onboarding or approvals are not completed within the required timeframe, the project may be moved to the next available build window.
Trulove Webworks is not responsible for delays caused by lack of communication or missed deadlines from the client.
5. Payment Terms
50% of your project cost is required to secure your project start date
Payment plans (if offered) must be completed according to agreed terms
Failure to complete payment may result in paused work or delayed launch.
6. Revisions & Approvals
This service includes structured revision rounds to maintain efficiency and timeline integrity.
Revisions are limited to the scope defined in your package
Additional revisions or changes outside scope may incur additional fees
Final approval is required before launch
Once a phase is approved, revisiting that phase may be treated as additional work.
7. Communication Boundaries
To maintain a streamlined and stress-free experience:
Communication will occur through designated channels only
Feedback should be consolidated and submitted through the provided system
Ongoing, scattered, or unstructured requests may not be accommodated
8. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment:
The client owns the final website design and approved content
Trulove Webworks retains the right to showcase the project in portfolios and marketing
Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.
9. Third-Party Services
Websites may rely on third-party tools or platforms, including but not limited to:
Hosting providers
Plugins and themes
Analytics and integrations
Trulove Webworks is not responsible for outages, updates, or issues caused by third-party services.
10. Performance & Results Disclaimer
While best practices for SEO, design, and user experience are implemented:
No guarantees are made regarding search rankings, traffic, or revenue
Results depend on multiple factors outside the scope of website design
11. Cancellations & Termination
See your agreement for cancellation specifcs.
If the client becomes unresponsive for an extended period (30+ days), the project may be closed without refund
Re-engagement may require a new project fee
12. Limitation of Liability
Trulove Webworks shall not be held liable for:
Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
Website downtime or technical issues outside of our control
Errors resulting from inaccurate client-provided information
13. Website Launch & Post-Launch Responsibility
Upon launch:
The client assumes responsibility for website management unless enrolled in a maintenance plan
Any changes requested after launch are not included unless specified
14. Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Trulove Webworks from any claims arising from:
Content provided by the client
Misuse of the website
Legal issues related to the client’s business or industry
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
16. Agreement
By purchasing or engaging in Stress-Free Websites, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
